A whole unsliced Prime brisket from Burnt Bean Co.: hand-selected Prime beef slow-smoked over post oak at the Seguin, Texas restaurant Ernest Servantes and Dave Kirkland co-founded in 2020. Texas Monthly ranked it the No. 1 BBQ joint in Texas in 2025; the New York Times named it one of the top 20 Texas BBQ joints of the new generation; the Michelin Guide gave it the Bib Gourmand. The full brisket, uncut, for the table that wants to slice it themselves.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes an Unsliced Prime Texas Brisket

  • Each brisket weighs approximately 4-5 lbs. and measures 12″ × 8″ × 3″
  • Choose to add merch!

  • Barbecue ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

  • Remove brisket from the sealed package and place onto a sheet tray or large baking dish.
  • Do NOT slice before reheating, keep the brisket whole so it stays juicier.
  • Preheat the oven to 225° F.
  • Heat for approximately 75 minutes or until your desired temperature is reached.
  • Remove from the oven and slice when warm throughout.
  • Serve & enjoy!
    Optional: place a few pads of butter on top of the brisket before placing in the oven. This adds fat and helps maintain moisture.
