Inspired by founder Adrienne’s American Filipino upbringing, this malted milk ice cream is flavored with sweet ube (purple yam) and studded with crunchy malted milk pieces. This ice cream starts with an old fashioned American malt flavor but ends with an undeniable ube taste.

“When we first opened, people asked for an ube ice cream, but ube just isn’t novel or inspirational to me. If I were to do an ube cream, it’d be my own rendition.
