Ten sheets of fresh egg pasta stacked with a rich Berkshire Heritage pork bolognese, broccoli rabe, a blend of warm spices, and alternating layers of Parmigiano-Reggiano and Provolone, built into a towering Italian classic. This is the lasagna from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Cafe, the three-star New York Times restaurant that reshaped how the city dines. Meyer opened it in 1985 as his first restaurant, and five James Beard Awards later it’s still turning out the dish that fans have ordered for years.
- Each pack includes 4 pieces of Lasagna that each serve 1 person
- Each piece of Lasagna is approximately 10 oz. and 4″ × 2 3/4″ × 2 1/2"
- Lasagna arrives in 4 pcs. on 1 tray
- Lasagna ships frozen in one container and may thaw in transit
- Containers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or for up to 3 months in the freezer
To Serve
- Thaw the Lasagna in the refrigerator overnight.
- Leave the covered pan of Lasagna out at room temperature for 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the pan (still covered) on the center or top rack of the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the cover and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the Lasagna from the pan with a small spatula.
- Garnish the top with the provided grated Parmigiano cheese.
