Matzah ball soup is the soul of a Jewish deli, and Sarge’s has made its version from a recipe passed down through generations. Fluffy matzah balls sit in a clear, golden chicken broth, the kind of bowl that anchors a Friday night or a sick day. It comes from the Murray Hill deli-diner Abe “Sarge” Katz, a retired NYPD sergeant, opened on Third Avenue in 1964, where nearly everything is still made in-house. Perfect for a Shabbat dinner, a cold-weather comfort meal, or a taste of home when you need one.
This product is made with Kosher for Passover Ingredients, but it is not Certified Kosher for Passover or made in a Kosher for Passover Facility.This package includes your choice of 4 or 8 pints of Matzah Ball Soup

Step inside and you get a true New York deli experience – complete with signed celebrity photos hanging on the walls, Tiffany lamps, and the scent of smoky pastrami wafting past the classic diner booths. Sarge’s famous pastrami comes from an old family recipe and is cured in house – one of the last NY delis to do so.
