Made fresh daily in small batches, Hutchins’ Texas Sausage is packed with Prime brisket, pork, and signature seasonings before being smoked to perfection over pecan and oak wood.

Back in 1978, the Hutchins family decided to attach a restaurant to their Dallas-area home to sell slow-smoked, classic Texas-style barbecue. The homespun restaurant took off, and it’s since become one of the region’s most beloved barbecue joints, with locations in McKinney and Frisco, just north of Dallas. Second-generation owners Tim and Tracy Hutchins are carrying on the family legacy, with BBQ that’s been included in Texas Monthly’s Top 50 List for over a decade.
