Grand Traverse Cherry Crumb Pie
This is the one Grand Traverse is known for: the Cherry Crumb, its best-selling pie, loaded with tart Northern Michigan Montmorency cherries under a buttery crumb topping. Tart and sweet at once, it’s the signature of a bakery based in Traverse City, the Cherry Capital of the World, where Mike and Denise Busley have hand-rolled pie dough since 1996. It bakes up festively red with a bubbling ring of juice around the crust. Perfect for a holiday dessert table, a Fourth of July cookout, or a first taste of the pie that made GT’s name.

- Each pie measures 9"
- Pies ship frozen without ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, place pie at room temperature or in the freezer.
- Pies last up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 2 months in the freezer, do not refrigerate.
- Pies can be served at room temperature or warmed.
- Allow pies to thaw at room temperature for at least 8 hours before serving.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Remove pie from the box and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Internal temperature must reach 165° for 15 seconds
- Remove from oven, slice, and enjoy!
