Every pie that comes out of the ovens at Grand Traverse Pie Co. has that irresistible bubbling ring of berry juice around the crust, convincing us that their kitchen is filled with grandmas hand rolling that pie dough. While that may not be the case, the Busley family did learn their secrets from a neighbor who was, in fact, a grandma… so we were close. Handmade everyday, GT’s fresh Michigan fruit fillings are heavenly to residents of the Cherry Capital of the World and vacationers alike.
