The Polish Boy sausage is one of Cleveland’s signature foods, and Edwins serves one of the city’s best. House-smoked Polish sausages are tucked into a freshly-baked bun and topped with crisp French fries, classic barbecue sauce, and fresh coleslaw!

At Cleveland’s Edwins, they believe in second chances. Founded by classically trained chef Brandon Edwin Chrostowski in 2007, Edwins offers formerly incarcerated adults a foundation in the culinary and hospitality industries, and the support network necessary for long-term success. The driving principle behind Edwins is that every human being, regardless of their past, has a right to a fair and equal future. And the food? It’s truly spectacular: Edwins also happens to be one of Cleveland’s finest French restaurants.

This package serves 6 people and includes

  • 6 Smoked Polish Sausages (each approx. 6 oz.)
  • 6 Buns (each approx. 3 oz.)
  • Coleslaw (9 oz.)
  • Edwin’s BBQ Sauce (6 oz.)
  • French Fries (12 oz.)
  • Items ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

To Serve

  • Preheat grill broiler or fry pan
  • Place smoked sausages on pan and turn occasionally until they are heated through and have a good char.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place fries on a sheet tray and cook in oven for approx. 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Placed cooked sausage in bun, cover with a layer of french fries, layer of BBQ sauce, and a layer of coleslaw.
  • Serve and enjoy!
