The Annapolis, Maryland, restaurant and bar’s award-winning gourmet crab cakes are hand-made fresh every day using only the freshest and finest jumbo-lump crabmeat.   • Each crab cake is 6 oz. and serves 1 person
  • Crab cakes arrive individually packaged

Crab Cakes are uncooked

  • Crab cakes are shipped fresh with ice packs which may thaw partially or fully during transit
  • Upon arrival, place crab cakes in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 2 days
  • To serve, we recommend broiling the crab cakes on a lightly greased pan or foil, about 6 inches from the flame. Cook until golden brown with an internal temperature of 145°F
  • Crab cakes can also be pan seared with butter and finished in a 350°F oven until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 10 minutes
