More than a slice, less than a full pie: these gluten-free minis let you pick three from Grand Traverse’s fruit lineup, each with a flaky gluten-free crust around the same locally sourced Michigan fillings. They’re handmade from scratch in Traverse City, where Mike and Denise Busley have baked since 1996, so a gluten restriction no longer means skipping the bakery’s famous pies. Each bakes up with the telltale bubbling ring of juice. Perfect for a mixed-diet dessert table, a gluten-free guest, or sampling three GT flavors in personal size.
This package serves 6 people and includes your choice of 3 Mini Pies
- Each mini pie measures approx. 6"
Flavor Options Include
- Apple
- Cherry
- Pies are baked fresh, frozen, and shipped without ice packs, may thaw in transit
- We do NOT recommend refrigeration upon receipt. If left at room temperature, each pie is best enjoyed within 3 days.
- To Reheat : Remove from box and warm in a 225ºF oven for 20-30 minutes (15-20 minutes for mini pies).
- To Freeze: Keep pie in the bag and freeze inside pie box or clear container for up to two months.
- To Thaw: Allow to thaw at room temperature at least 8 hours prior to serving (4 hours for mini pies).
