Detroit Style Pizza Company’s world champion dough is hand-pressed into well-seasoned, square steel pans, then topped with their signature blend of mozzarella and brick cheeses before being baked in deck ovens for a pizza that’s airy inside, crunchy outside, and finally ladled with a healthy topping of their delicious red sauce.
Detroit Style Pizza Co. was founded in 2012 by the late Shawn Randazzo, who was crowned the champion 2012 World Pizza Maker of the Year at the International Pizza Expo. They’re turning out some of the best Detroit-style pizza around, with its soft & airy, focaccia-like crust with a ring of crunchy caramelized cheese around the rim.

Pizzas are also offered with a gluten-free crust. It is not possible to mix and match pizza crusts in package (i.e., 1 regular, 2 gluten-free). Sorry about that!

- Pizzas are made-to-order and promptly frozen.
- Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the pizza and ice packs to partially thaw during shipment.
- Upon receipt, please, cook, refrigerate or place in the freezer.
- Pizzas will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. If you wish to keep them longer, you can store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Cooking Instructions
From Frozen
- Preheat oven to 375F. (If using toaster oven 350F)
- Remove pizza from wrapper. Place on cookie sheet.
- Place cookie sheet in oven on center rack. Cook approximately 25 minutes.(G.F. 15 min.)
- Carefully take pizza out of oven and let cool for a couple minutes. Enjoy!
From Thawed
- Preheat oven to 375F. (If using toaster oven 350F)
