- Each Demos’ Pot Roast weighs 64 oz.
- Pot Roast ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Remove packaging and place immediately in refrigerator or freezer.
- Can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months
To Serve
- Once product is completely thawed, pour in a microwavable safe dish or pour in a saucepot on the stove
- Microwave or heat until the internal temperature is 160 degrees

Several offerings have risen from the pack, however. Its baked chicken and rice soup is so good that it’s known among regulars as simply “The Soup,” the pot roast is slow cooked for four hours, the sauteed spinach is loaded with parmesan and garlic, the meatballs are kicked up with oregano and mint, and don’t even get us started on the banana pudding, which just might be the best on earth.
