Famous Giant Royal Blue & White Cookies

For the holidays, William Greenberg swaps the chocolate half of its famous cookie for royal blue, a seasonal twist on a New York icon the bakery has made since 1946. Underneath the color it’s the same soft, cake-like round the Upper East Side institution is known for, split in half-moons of fondant, one royal blue and one vanilla. It comes from the Madison Avenue kitchen whose original was named the city’s best by New York Magazine. Perfect for a Hanukkah dessert table, a winter celebration, or a festive spin on the cookie New Yorkers grew up on.

This package includes one dozen (12) Royal blue and white cookies approximately 5" in diameter each in a William Greenberg gift box.

  • Cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for up to 8 days
  • Cookies may be frozen for up to 6 months

New York, NY

The half vanilla, half chocolate cookie from Manhattan’s William Greenberg Bakery, of course. A beloved classic since 1946, New Yorkers are fiercely loyal to this quintessential local delight—it’s been voted the “Best of New York” and even Jerry Seinfeld knows the best way to eat them: by getting some black and some white in every bite. “Nothing mixes better than vanilla and chocolate,” says Jerry, explaining the delicate art of eating these cake-like treasures in Seinfeld episode 74. We wholeheartedly concur.

Sophisticated, delightful, and outright delicious, these legendary cookies are handcrafted and made fresh every morning—and now this unique taste of New York is available wherever you are. Lucky you.
