Freezer Friendly
A whole turkey, brined 27 hours and slow-smoked over pecan wood. The Shed starts with a Honeysuckle White turkey and soaks it in a family-secret brine of herbs and seasonings, so the meat stays juicy under that sweet, low-and-slow smoke. The Shed BBQ & Blues Joint in Ocean Springs, Mississippi was crowned Grand World BBQ Champion at Memphis in May in 2015 and 2018 and has racked up more than 100 national awards. Perfect for a backyard feast, a family reunion, or a crowd of smoked-meat lovers. Momma’s recipe, champion results.
