Baz Bagel is a buzzy Little Italy bagel shop run by Bari Musacchio. Baz opened in 2014 using traditional bagel baking methods found only in NYC. This means every Baz Bagel is hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and baked on burlap-covered boards in a rotating deck oven.
