The Bay Area's Beloved French Patisserie

For nearly a decade, the Bay Area's favorite slice of Paris has been Mademoiselle Colette, the women-owned French patisserie founded by Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef Debora Ferrand. Raised in France and classically trained in Paris, Ferrand opened her first boutique on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park in 2015. It sold out daily almost from the start and has since grown into four locations across Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, and Atherton.

The patisserie is best known for its buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, and a twice-baked almond croissant, alongside kouign-amann and other elegant French classics. Each one is made with premium French butter from Isigny Sainte-Mère, for pastries that are rich, flaky, and unforgettable. Now a taste of Paris ships nationwide on Goldbelly.
