Erin McKenna opened her bakery on New York’s Lower East Side back in 2005, and since then additional storefronts have opened in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and at Disney Springs in Orlando, and the bakery has established itself as one of America’s top destinations for drool-worthy vegan and gluten-free baked goods. Not only are all of McKenna’s cakes, pies, cupcakes, and other sweets completely vegan and gluten-free, they’re also non-GMO, sweetened with only agave nectar and vegan sugar, and all ingredients are responsibly and carefully sourced.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes 1 Vegan & Gluten Free “Flavor of the Month” Cake

  • Each cake measures approx. 6" and weighs approx. 3.75 lbs.

Monthly Cake Flavors Include

  • March Flavor: (March 1st – 31st) – Hey do you like Samoa cookies? Well, you’re in luck because this month’s cake is sure to fulfill that craving. A delicious Marble cake paired with decadent Caramel buttercream frosting, Side covered with toasted coconut, and topped with a chocolate drizzle.
  • April Flavor: (April 1st – 30th) – Nothing says Spring like a citrus taste, So this Cake of the Month will be a vanilla orange marmalade cake. This dessert will be an excellent feature at the next garden party. So enjoy this light vanilla cake filled with orange marmalade jam,
    Next month’s flavor will be listed at the end of the month
    Selected delivery month will determine the flavors you receive, independent of the order date.
  • Cake arrives ready to enjoy!
  • Cakes ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, remove cake from packaging and place in the refrigerator.
  • Cakes may be kept at room temperature for 48 hours (not recommended, icing may melt), in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks
