Colada Shop is DC’s destination for real-deal Cuban food in a bright, lively, and welcoming setting. The all-day cafe was born from a love of the Cuban coffee tradition just outside DC in 2016 by a team of hospitality experts (including alumni of José Andrés’s ThinkFoodGroup); it proved to be so popular that three additional DC-area locations have since opened, with a fifth outpost coming to DuPont Circle.
