Calabria Restaurant & Pizzeria was founded in 1980 by two immigrant brothers, Guiseppe and Bernardino Ottaiano, and today it’s managed by Bernardino's daughter Gabriella and Guiseppe’s son Guiseppe, Jr. Over the past 40-plus years, Calabria has become one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the northern New Jersey town of Livingston, where the locals clamor for its wide variety of Italian specialties and flawless pizzas. Though they specialize in several varieties of pizza, their signature "crunchy thin" pizza remains the favorite. Calabria Pizzeria donated thousands of pizzas to the needy during the Coronavirus pandemic.
