It starts with waffle ice cream “bread,” onto which they stack white chocolate cheese and lettuce as well as strawberry sorbet serving as the “ham.” The sub is great with sharing with friends and family, and it makes a party showpiece like no other!

All of Wong’s ice cream is made with high-quality locally-farmed dairy, eggs, and other ingredients, and she’s reinventing all your favorite childhood treats with a serious sense of humor.
This package serves 10-12 people and includes a Footlong Ice Cream Sub Sandwich
- Each sub measures 12″ × 3″ and weighs 2 oz.
- Ice cream is shipped frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival remove from packaging and place in the freezer
- Allow to temper for 5-10 minutes
To Serve
- Allow to temper at room temperature for 20 mins depending on the ambient temperature.
- Fill a large glass with very hot water
- Dip a chef’s knife in the water and wipe water from the blade
- Make cuts with the chef’s knife to the size desired, but no smaller than an inch in width. Repeat the dipping, wiping, and slicing until you have served what you want to serve
