Founded in 1956 by brothers Russell and Ray Knaus, this Redland, Florida, farm (about an hour south of Miami) started out selling nothing but strawberries. Today, these cinnamon rolls are what folks clamor for. It’s been said that there are only two seasons in South Florida: when the Knaus Berry Farm bakery is open and when it’s closed!
