Jasper Hill Farm’s Main Event: six cheeses covering every style in the Greensboro, Vermont collection, two cured meats, crunchy pecans, and more — the all-or-nothing variety pack from the creamery brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler have been building since 1998. The board for the table that wants every style the Cellars can produce in one box.

This package serves 25-30 people and includes

  • Alpha Tolman Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – This raw-milk Alpine-style cheese recalls classics like Gruyere or Appenzeller. With flavors of toasted nuts and cured meat, its firm smooth texture is satisfying on a charcuterie board but also great for melting in recipes or fondue.
  • Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – A new American classic—this traditional style cheddar is savory and bright with a sturdy, crystalline texture and a caramelized finish. Made by our neighbors at Cabot Cooperative Creamery and cave-aged to perfection in our Cellars. 2006 ACS Best in Show Winner.
  • Caspian Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – Caspian has a kaleidoscopic natural rind that encases this cheese’s unique paste. Inside, Caspian has a range of textures and flavors and sports a chalky, lactic core with lemony brightness. Near its rind, the paste breaks down into a soft texture with a mushroom aroma much like a bloomy rind cheese.
  • Moses Sleeper Cheese Wheel (8 oz.) – This soft bloomy rind, or brie-style cheese is buttery and approachable. The downy-white edible rind is mild and faintly earthy while the creamy interior tastes of garlic butter when fully ripe.
  • Willoughby Cheese Wheel – (8 oz.) – This washed rind cheese is buttery, rich, and savory with a gentle, aromatic funk. A sliceable, pudgy texture turns molten and gooey when heated–perfect for baked brie or tartiflette recipes.
  • Withersbrook Blue Cheese Wedge (16 oz.) – A raw-milk blue steeped in Eden Ciders apple cider after cave-ripening; rich and creamy with fruity apple and winter spice flavor.
  • Vermont Salumi Lonza (2.5 oz.) – Lonza is lean, herbed pork loin aged for several months for delicate complexity. Bright, clean, and herbaceous flavor pairs beautifully with cheese. Made by a Vermonter with Italian roots.
  • Vermont Salumi Red Wine & Garlic Salami (4 oz.) – A classic combination of pork, with cracked pepper, garlic, and red Wine. This salami is balanced, flavorful, and pairs well with hard cheeses, sandwiches, pizzas, and more.
  • Sugarbob’s Finest Kind, Maple Spiced Pecans (2.5 oz.) – Smoked Maple Syrup, six aromatic spices, and pure maple sugar combine to create this crunchy Vermont favorite.
  • Pitchfork Pickle Spicy Squickles (16 oz.) – Squickles are the pickle you didn’t know you craved. Garlic and chili flakes complement the sweet crunchiness of butternut squash—a perfect match for cheesy richness.
  • Though our nutrition facts list a serving as 1oz, a good rule of thumb is to plan on about ½ to ⅔ oz of each cheese per person.

  • Boxes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Cheese may arrive at room temperature.
  • Keep unopened small wheels in original wrapper. Store cut wedges or open wheels in airtight container. Enjoy-by dates are marked on individual packages.
  • Meats arrive vacuum-sealed and are shelf-stable. Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months for best quality.
  • Follow the storage instructions printed on packaging, and consume before the expiration date.

Jasper Hill Farm, the Greensboro, Vermont creamery behind Harbison, Willoughby, Bayley Hazen Blue, and the world-renowned Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, was built from scratch in 1998 when brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler bought a rundown 200-acre farm and turned it into one of America's most celebrated cheesemaking and cave-aging operations. Their 22,000-square-foot, seven-vaulted underground aging facility is among the finest in the country — the final stop for cheeses from six different artisan creameries.
