Not eligible for shipping to CanadaA diabolical amount of goodies await with this all-or-nothing variety pack. Six uniquely delicious cheeses cover every style in our collection. We’ve paired them up with two cured meats, crunchy pecans, a set of four bespoke preserves, and buttery shortbread bites. Break out your biggest board and let the good times roll.
This package serves 25-30 people and includes
- Alpha Tolman Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – This raw-milk Alpine-style cheese recalls classics like Gruyere or Appenzeller. With flavors of toasted nuts and cured meat, its firm smooth texture is satisfying on a charcuterie board but also great for melting in recipes or fondue.
- Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – Our flagship raw milk blue cheese. Densely creamy with bold yet balanced flavors and a handsome natural rind. Cultured cream flavors are laced with notes of toffee and anise spice. Reserve Supreme Champion, International Cheese Awards.
- Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – A new American classic—this traditional style cheddar is savory and bright with a sturdy, crystalline texture and a caramelized finish. Made by our neighbors at Cabot Cooperative Creamery and cave-aged to perfection in our Cellars. 2006 ACS Best in Show Winner.
- Caspian Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – Caspian has a kaleidoscopic natural rind that encases this cheese’s unique paste. Inside, Caspian has a range of textures and flavors and sports a chalky, lactic core with lemony brightness. Near its rind, the paste breaks down into a soft texture with a mushroom aroma much like a bloomy rind cheese.
- Moses Sleeper Cheese Wheel (8 oz.) – This soft bloomy rind, or brie-style cheese is buttery and approachable. The downy-white edible rind is mild and faintly earthy while the creamy interior tastes of garlic butter when fully ripe.
- Winnimere Cheese Wheel (13 oz.) – Our signature winter-seasonal raw milk cheese is made with milk from our own herd. A rustic, washed rind brings meaty, smoky depth. Woodsy aromas are imbued from the spruce band, which is harvested from local forests. 2013 ACS Best in Show Winner.
- Vermont Salumi Lonza (2.5 oz.) – Lonza is lean, herbed pork loin aged for several months for delicate complexity. Bright, clean, and herbaceous flavor pairs beautifully with cheese. Made by a Vermonter with Italian roots.
- Vermont Salumi Red Wine & Garlic Salami (4 oz.) – A classic combination of pork, with cracked pepper, garlic, and red Wine. This salami is balanced, flavorful, and pairs well with hard cheeses, sandwiches, pizzas, and more.
- Sugarbob’s Finest Kind, Maple Spiced Pecans (2.5 oz.) – Smoked Maple Syrup, six aromatic spices, and pure maple sugar combine to create this crunchy Vermont favorite.
- Pitchfork Pickle Spicy Squickles (16 oz.) – Squickles are the pickle you didn’t know you craved. Garlic and chili flakes complement the sweet crunchiness of butternut squash—a perfect match for cheesy richness.

World-Renowned Farmstead Cheeses from Vermont
World-Renowned Farmstead Cheeses from Vermont
Vermont’s Jasper Hill Farm is one of America’s most well-respected and award-winning farmstead cheese producers, with legendary cheeses including gooey Harbison, washed-rind Willoughby, and fudgy Bayley Hazen Blue – not to mention the world-renowned Cabot Clothbound Cheddar. But before the awards and acclaim, it started with two brothers – Andy and Mateo Kehler, along with their wives Victoria and Angie – who bought a rundown 200-acre farm in 1998 and spent the next five years turning it into a small-scale dairy farm with a creamery and cave aging space. And in 2003, Jasper Hill Farm was born.
Due largely to the success of Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, which is made in partnership with nearby Cabot and aged by Jasper Hill, the family soon built a 22,000-square-foot, 7-vaulted underground aging facility that’s today regarded as one of the best in America and is the final stop for cheeses coming from six different artisan creameries. Jasper Hill isn’t just a great cheesemaker: It’s the heart of its community. And now, its world-renowned cheeses and locally-sourced accompaniments are shipping nationwide!
