This package serves 4 people and includes 2 lbs. of Lobster Risotto Casserole
- Serve 4 people as an entrée or 6-8 people as a side dish.
- Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer.
- Lobster risotto lasts up to 9 months in the freezer.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
To Serve
- Remove plastic wrap and lid.
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Bake on a sheet pan for 25-30 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
