North Bar Strawberry Rhubarb Crumb Pie
The crumb-topped take on a classic: Michigan-grown strawberries and tangy rhubarb baked under Grand Traverse’s buttery crumb instead of a top crust, one of the sweeter pies in the lineup. The fruit and flour are locally sourced, hand-rolled in Traverse City where Mike and Denise Busley have baked since 1996. It comes out of the oven with the bubbling ring of juice that marks every GT pie. Perfect for a spring dessert, a potluck showstopper, or a strawberry-rhubarb fan who prefers a crumb top to a lattice.

- Each pie measures 9"
- Pies are baked fresh, frozen, and shipped without ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, place pie at room temperature or in the freezer.
- Pies last up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 2 months in the freezer, do not refrigerate.
- Pies can be served at room temperature or warmed.
- Allow pies to thaw at room temperature for at least 8 hours before serving.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Remove pie from the box and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Internal temperature must reach 165° for 15 seconds
- Remove from oven, slice, and enjoy!
