To Serve
Short Ribs
- Thaw short ribs in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Place short ribs on in a casserole dish and heat for approx. 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve and enjoy!
Mashed Potatoes
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Drop bags of potatoes and corn into the pot for approx. 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from bag and pour into bowls.

Bud estimates he serves around 300 pies per weekend, which is a pretty tall order, considering that he’s located in a small Texas town halfway between Austin and Houston with a population of 81.
