This package serves 6 people and includes:
- 2 Black Truffle Popcorn (6.4 oz. each)
- 1 Tray Cacio e Pepe Mac & Cheese (24 oz.)
- 1 Smoked Salmon Pizza
- 6 Truffle Chicken Pot Pies (Fillings Included)
- 6 Puff Pastry Crusts
- 6 Chocolate Truffle Cakes
- Each pizza shell measures approx. 12″ × 1″
- Each pot pie tin measures approx. 4″ × 4″
- Each truffle cake measures approx. 3.25″ × 1.75″
- Package ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store smoked salmon pizza, mac & cheese, pot pies, and truffle cakes in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, or keep frozen for up to 3 months.
- Store popcorn at room temperature and consume within 1 month of receipt.
To Serve
Smoked Salmon Pizzas
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Remove pizza shell from the packaging, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place on a wood board.
- Drizzle Dill Crème Fraîche sauce evenly over the middle of the crust and smooth with the back of a spoon.
- Invert the smoked salmon onto the pizza shell and remove cardboard.
- Slice pizza into 8 even slices.
- Add dollops of roe to each piece.
- Enjoy!
Tray Cacio e Pepe Mac & Cheese
- Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Remove mac & cheese containers from the outer pouch and remove the lid.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven with caution as individual containers will be hot. Let sit for 5 minutes prior to serving.
- Enjoy!
Truffle Chicken Pot Pies
- Remove individual pot pie containers from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and remove the lids.
- Brush the outer 1 inch of the puff pastry with an egg wash (1 beaten egg with 1 tablespoon water – not included).
- Place puff pastry, egg wash side down, on top of each pot pie and crimp the rim. Brush the entire top with egg wash.
- Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
Truffle Cakes
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and remove the lids.
- Place containers on a flat baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes.
- A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Let cool prior to serving.
