In 1925, Dewey Guy Wilkerson, Sr. set out to create a perfect spice cookie. He succeeded, and Wilkerson Bakery was born. Today, five generations later, the Wilkerson family’s Moravian baked goods are beloved across North Carolina and beyond. Chelsi and Drake Wilkerson, along with their brothers Kidd and Kane, work beside their father to carry their family legacy into its next century — honoring tradition while continuing to innovate with care and pride, always guided by the unspoken promise that every batch should be better than the one before.
