The bakers at this Portland, Maine, shop have made it their mission to bake the best all-American desserts and pies from scratch, every day. Two Fat Cats Bakery was started in 2005 and continues their legacy of quality desserts with exceptional pies, specialty cakes, cupcakes, and whoopie pies.
This package serves 10-12 people and includes
- 1 Maine Wild Blueberry Pie
- 6 Chocolate Whoopie Pies
- Each pie measures approx. 7" and weighs approx. 3 lbs.
- Each whoopie pie measures 3″ × 3″ and weighs approx. 3.2 oz.
- Pies ship with ice packs and arrive ready to eat!
- Upon arrival, store pies in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Fruit pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Whoopie pies can be stored in the freezer until serving.
- Whoopie pies last up to 3 months in the freezer.
To Serve
Fruit Pie
- Do not pre-thaw.
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Whoopie Pie
- Allow whoopie pies to thaw in their wrapper for 1 – 2 hours.
