- Each bag weighs approx. 8 oz.
- Matzo ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Matzo may be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
