Tempus sources their seafood from the cold, pristine waters off the coast of Newfoundland in the frigid North Atlantic, and their seafood experiences are custom-tailored for cocktail parties, special occasions, or elevated romantic evenings at home.

This package serves 12-14 people and includes
- Raw Sea Scallops (2 lbs.)
- Par-Cooked Mussels (2 lbs.)
- Brine Cooked Snow Crab Cocktail Claws (2 lbs.)
- Brine Cooked Snow Crab Sections (3 lbs.)
- Premium Skin-On Cod (4.5 lbs.)
- Raw Lobster Tails (approx. 2 lbs. total)
- Brine Cooked Lobster Claws (approx. 2 lbs. total)
- Seafood ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Once thawed, enjoy seafood within 2-3 days.
To Serve
- Thaw seafood in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before cooking. Do not thaw muscles, cook directly from frozen.
- If desired, place seafood inside the wrapping for 1-3 hours in ice water until thawed. Time varies by size.
- Once thawed, blot packaging with a paper towel or dry cloth to remove moisture.
- Remove plastic wrapping and cook seafood according to personal preference or use the provided recipe booklet.
- Serve and enjoy!
