Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs with Rosemary – 3 Pack from Sharkie’s Meatballs are gluten-free bites made from ground chicken, fresh jalapeños, and aromatic rosemary for a bold, flavorful experience. Hand-rolled as a labor of love by owner Mark Rosenberg in Woodstock, New York, they are cooked and frozen to deliver the art of the perfect meatball.

This package serves 18 people includes

  • 3 packages of Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs with Rosemary
    • Each package contains 12 meatballs
    • Each meatball weighs 1.75 oz.
  • Meatballs ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 1 year or in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • When ready to prepare, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • For best results, heat meatballs in Sharkie’s marinara sauce or a marinara sauce of your choice.

To Serve
Stovetop

  • Place marinara sauce in a pan on the stove.
  • Add meatballs into the pan and cover.
  • Simmer sauce and meatballs on medium heat, occasionally stirring until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
  • Serve immediately & enjoy!

OVEN

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer on an oven-safe dish.
  • Heat until internal temperature reaches 165° F (approximately 20-25 minutes).
  • Serve & enjoy!

OVEN (From Frozen)

  • Preheat the oven to 275°.
  • Place meatballs on a tray wrapped in foil and bake until the internal temperature hits 120° or until warm.
  • Open the foil or remove it entirely until internal temperature hits 165° F.

Sharkie’s Meatballs in Woodstock, New York built its reputation on handmade, slow-cooked gluten-free meatballs, crafted with premium beef and antibiotic-free poultry. Owner Mark Rosenberg opened the tiny 300-square-foot shop in 2017 after leaving life in New York and San Francisco to focus on perfecting the humble meatball. Named for Mark’s childhood nickname, “Sharkie,” the spot began as a one-man takeout counter and quickly became a local favorite on Woodstock’s Tinker Street.

Each batch of Sharkie’s meatballs is still made in-house and slow-cooked for rich, comforting flavor, served over everything from cheesy garlic bread to roasted spaghetti squash. What started as a small storefront has grown into a beloved community hub, with their signature meatballs now shipped nationwide on Goldbelly.
