One of the best ways to enjoy these super-flavorful, slightly spicy roasted chiles is atop a burger, and the undisputed king of the green chile cheeseburger is Santa Fe Bite. Originally founded on historic route 66 in 1953 as Bobcat Bite, the restaurant (and its signature burger) achieved renown far and wide before it was forced to relocate and change its name to Santa Fe Bite in 2013. Santa Fe Bite is today owned by longtime employees Angela Mason and Armando Rivas, who know that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

- Each pack weighs 16 oz. and serves 4-5 people

To Serve
