Gravlax is an age-old Scandinavian specialty of salmon cured and coated in a delicate brine of salt, sugar, dill, and other secret ingredients. The thin layer of dill adds wonderful contrasting flavor and color to any smorgasbord.
Please note that due to carrier issues, Russ & Daughters is unable to ship to Hawaii.
