Rubirosa is the legendary New York pizzeria and ristorante from the Pappalardo family, who have been making pizza in New York since 1960. Known for their thin crust pizza and Tie-Dye Pizza (vodka and marinara sauces topped with a pesto swirl), this neighborhood favorite has now created unique Italian-American products, shipping from their cucina to yours.
This package serves 12-14 people and includes
- Lumache Pasta (1 lb.)

- 1 jar Vodka Sauce (25 oz.)
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce (25 oz.)

- Upon arrival, store pasta and unopened sauce at room temperature for up to 90 days.
- Once opened, store sauce in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
To Serve
- In a large pot, bring four quarts of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook for 14-16 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste pasta and cook longer (if necessary) to your preference.
- Strain pasta and reserve some pasta water on the side.
- Add a few tablespoons of pasta water to your favorite sauce to re-create the perfect Rubirosa-style pasta in your own kitchen.
