Boothbay Maine Lobster Cakes

Boothbay Maine Lobster Cakes from Paulsen Foods are rich, tender, and handcrafted using sweet knuckle and claw meat to highlight the natural flavor of the lobster. These coastal classics are uniquely blended with onion, celery, Old Bay, and mayonnaise, then hand-scooped and dipped to create a distinctive dome-shaped finish that is perfect for seafood dinners or special occasions.
