Wherever they’ve resided, Pastrami Queen still serves the same high-quality, tender, juicy, smoky New York pastrami they been crafting since day one. it’s no wonder Anthony Bourdain called their hand-carved, overstuffed pastrami sandwiches “the real deal.”

  • 2 Potato Knishes (Total 20 oz.)

  • 8 slices Rye Bread, your choice

  • Seeded Rye Bread (8 oz.)
  • Unseeded Rye Bread (8 oz.)

Pastrami Queen is self-certified Kosher

  • Kit ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Pastrami can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, do not recommend refreezing pastrami.
  • Knishes last up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer
  • Rye bread, coleslaw, mustard, and pickles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To Serve

Pastrami + Accompaniments

  • If frozen, thaw meat in the refrigerator. Do not thaw in the microwave.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Place the entire UNOPENED package of meat into the water and reduce heat to a simmer (no worries – the package can withstand the heat).
  • Simmer meat for 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove from water and slice open package.
  • Enjoy with the included pickles, mustard, and coleslaw.

Knishes – Microwave

  • If frozen, let fully thaw in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
  • Heat Knishes in the microwave for 2-3 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Knishes – Oven

  • If frozen, let fully thaw in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Cover knishes with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove foil for last 2 minutes of cooking to make knishes crispy.
  • Enjoy!
