Originally named Pastrami King when it was founded in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in 1956, this quintessential New York deli eventually relocated to Queens (hence the name change), then Manhattan’s Upper East Side and Upper West Side. Wherever they’ve resided, Pastrami Queen still serves the same high-quality, tender, juicy, smoky New York pastrami they been crafting since day one. it’s no wonder Anthony Bourdain called their hand-carved, overstuffed pastrami sandwiches “the real deal.”

- Pastrami Queen hand slices the pastrami to order, then freezes it before shipping
- Pastrami is fully cooked and may thaw partially or fully during transit.
- Upon arrival, place pastrami in the refrigerator
- Enjoy within 2 days, or freeze the pastrami for up to one month
- To serve, allow meat to thaw overnight in the refrigerator (if frozen) and follow the reheating instructions below.
Heating Instructions (optional)
- If frozen, thaw meat overnight in your refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Lay the meat out evenly on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of water on top of the meat then fold the foil closed.
- Place aluminum wrapped meat in the oven to steam for 10 to 15 minutes
- Remove meat from the oven and enjoy on your favorite bread and mustard, or on its own
