Paesan’s was founded by Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny and Lorenzo Scavio in 1994, and they continue to run the business today with their families. It took a lot of hard work for the college-age brothers to get the business off the ground back when it was just one Albany pizza restaurant, but their Brooklyn-style pizza slowly gained enough local traction that today there are five locations in the Capital District, each with loyal followings.

- Strombolis ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store strombolis in the freezer.
- Strombolis may be stored for up to 6 months in the freezer.
- Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
- Store sauce in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
- Once opened then refrigerate for 1 week.
To Serve
Stromboli
- Allow strombolis to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wrap strombolis in foil and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melting on the inside.
- Serve and enjoy!
