Paesan’s Pizza

Paesan’s was founded by Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny and Lorenzo Scavio in 1994, and they continue to run the business today with their families. It took a lot of hard work for the college-age brothers to get the business off the ground back when it was just one Albany pizza restaurant, but their Brooklyn-style pizza slowly gained enough local traction that today there are five locations in the Capital District, each with loyal followings.

Paesan’s pizzas are hand-tossed to order, topped with California tomato sauce and Wisconsin mozzarella, and have a crispy crust and a great chew.
