Each pie is hand-tossed and made to order using California tomatoes and Wisconsin cheese. Choose from Margarita, Pepperoni, Brooklyn Cob, White Spinach, White Broccoli, and their classic Cheese pizzas. Also comes with two Stromboli and a T-shirt of your choice!
Paesan’s was founded by Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny and Lorenzo Scavio in 1994, and they continue to run the business today with their families. It took a lot of hard work for the college-age brothers to get the business off the ground back when it was just one Albany pizza restaurant, but their Brooklyn-style pizza slowly gained enough local traction that today there are five locations in the Capital District, each with loyal followings.

- Margherita – Fresh mozzarella blend with vine-ripened California tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, a drizzle of Olive Oil and Topped with Freshly Cut Basil
- Brooklyn Cob – This fan favorite features a layer of Sliced Provolone Cheese On Bottom, Italian Marinara Sauce, Sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese, and a Pinch of Mediterranean style Oregano.
- White Spinach This pizza features roasted garlicky spinach with Imported olive oil on a white Pizza made with Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella.
- White Broccoli Lightly sautéed Broccoli with sliced Garlic And Imported Olive oil on a Wisconsin Mozzarella Cheese Pizza.
- Pepperoni – Hand tossed thin crust pizza made with fresh vine-ripened California tomatoes and topped with Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella and sliced Pepperoni
- Classic Cheese – Made with fresh vine-ripened California tomatoes and topped with Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella. Baked to perfection

To Serve
Pizza
- Preheat oven to 450
- Place the frozen pizza in the oven on the bottom rack
- Bake for 6-8 minutes. Add 1-2 minutes for extra crispy
Strombolis
- Allow strombolis to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wrap strombolis in foil and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melting on the inside.
- Serve and enjoy!
