Back in the early 1990s, Danish bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek each opened their own bakeries, achieving renown in their home country of Denmark. In 2008, the duo joined forces and opened Ole & Steen, which quickly gained a loyal following by pioneering a resurgence of artisanal, handcrafted baking practices. Today, the bakery has locations in Denmark, England, and New York City, and has become legendary for its authentic Danish breads and pastries made from carefully sourced, whole ingredients, handcrafted with care.

- Each pastry serves 12 people, measures 9″ × 9″ and weighs approximately. 1.6 lbs.
- Each rye loaf serves 12 people, measures approx. 7.25″ × 3.75″ and weighs approx. 1.8 lbs.
- Pastry arrives ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store pastry at room temperature for up to 3 days, or keep frozen for up to 30 days.
- Refrigeration not recommended, as it may dry out the cakes.
- Store bites at room temperature for up to 3 days, or keep frozen for up to 30 days.
- Store granola in original airtight packaging at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. To store longer, keep frozen in airtight packaging for up to 2 months.
To Serve

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Heat for 5-8 minutes to bring back that just-baked magic.

- If frozen, allow to thaw on the counter for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Warm for 5–8 minutes, or toast to your desired level.
