Ole & Steen’s Sourdough Seeded Rye Chips are made from slices of their seeded sourdough rugbrød, baked with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. Crispy, deeply flavorful, and just the right amount of salty, they’re perfect for snacking, dipping, or pairing with cheese and charcuterie.

Back in the early 1990s, Danish bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek each opened their own bakeries, achieving renown in their home country of Denmark. In 2008, the duo joined forces and opened Ole & Steen, which quickly gained a loyal following by pioneering a resurgence of artisanal, handcrafted baking practices. Today, the bakery has locations in Denmark, England, and New York City, and has become legendary for its authentic Danish breads and pastries made from carefully sourced, whole ingredients, handcrafted with care.
