The Miette Walnut Shortbread cookie is sweet and salty with an earthy, nutty crunch. We use toasted California walnuts, raw organic sugar, and lots of Straus Family Creamery organic butter. Each batch is sprinkled with flaky sea salt before baking to a perfect golden crisp.
