The Miette Peanut Butter Cookie has a surprisingly crisp crunch and mouth-melting buttery crumble. We grind organic peanuts and add more than a pinch of salt to accentuate the sweet nutty goodness. With a nod to tradition, each cookie is marked with a crosshatch and topped with crunchy organic sugar.
