Today we’re a small-batch bakery with a worldwide following, known for exquisite treats—shortbread, cakes, caramels, and macarons—made with fresh eggs, good butter, and French technique. The quality of the ingredients is at the heart of Miette. Butter comes from Straus Family Creamery, renowned for its rich, organic dairy from pasture-raised cows.
