Ours begin with roasted California hazelnutss, candied in a whisper‑thin layer of toffee, coated in dark Valrhona chocolate, then finished with a dusting of cocoa. Not too sweet, they let the almond and chocolate speak for themselves. Perfect for nibbling, gifting, or enjoying with after‑dinner coffee.
Founded in California, inspired by Paris. Miette began with a stall at the farmers market, selling simple, beautiful cakes. Today we’re a small-batch bakery with a worldwide following, known for exquisite treats—shortbread, cakes, caramels, and macarons—made with fresh eggs, good butter, and French technique.
