English Toffee is a thin layer of buttery toffee, coated in dark chocolate, and sprinkled with roasted almonds. What makes ours special is its texture—an impossibly thin, delicate crackle that melts as you eat it. Made to order in small batches.

Founded in California, inspired by Paris. Miette began with a stall at the farmers market, selling simple, beautiful cakes. Today we’re a small-batch bakery with a worldwide following, known for exquisite treats—shortbread, cakes, caramels, and macarons—made with fresh eggs, good butter, and French technique. Everything is baked to order, for special occasions—or no occasion at all.
