The Miette Chocolate Wafer is inspired by the famous cookie used to make old-fashioned Icebox Cake. Our modern version stays true to form with extra-dark cocoa powder and introduces the enchanting tastes of honey and sea salt.

Founded in California, inspired by Paris. Miette began with a stall at the farmers market, selling simple, beautiful cakes.
