Since it was founded in the basement of Italian-born Nunziata Marchiano’s rowhouse in the outskirts of Philadelphia in 1982, Marchiano’s Bakery has become a beloved neighborhood institution. Passed to Nunzuata’s son Frank and now to his daughters Christina and Daneen, it’s a true family-run operation that’s become famous for its Philly tomato pie and specialty Italian bread stuffed with meats, cheeses, and veggies.

This package includes your choice of 12 loaves of Stuffed Italian Bread

  • Each loaf serves 1-2 people
  • Each loaf measures approx. 10” x 4” x 1.5” and weighs. approx. 14-19 oz.

Options Include

  • Pepperoni & Cheese – Hormel Pepperoni exclusively cut to Marchiano’s specifications and their own blend of natural cheeses are baked together in this famous specialty loaf.
  • Cheesesteak – Thinly sliced steak is topped with select blended cheeses to fill this popular bread.
  • Cheesesteak, Sauce, & Onions – Marchiano’s famous Cheese Steak Bread with homemade red sauce and fresh cut onions.
  • Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak – Fresh chicken breast seasoned to perfection with blended cheeses.
  • Broccoli & Cheese – Sautéed chopped broccoli is layered over blended cheese and baked to perfection in this specialty loaf.
  • Italian Sausage, Peppers, & Cheese – Mild Italian Sausage with bell peppers and blended cheeses.
  • Bread ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store bread in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

To Serve

  • If frozen, place bread in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.
  • Once thawed, leave the bread on your countertop for 1-2 hours before heating.
  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Remove packaging and slice the bread diagonally along the length to desired size. Each loaf makes approx. 6 slices.
  • Place slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil, and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes covered until the cheese is melted. Remove the foil and continue baking to desired crispiness.
