All of Wong’s ice cream is made with high-quality locally-farmed dairy, eggs, and other ingredients, and she’s reinventing all your favorite childhood treats with a serious sense of humor.

This package serves 4-6 people and includes 17 Seafood inspired Ice Cream Treats
- Each oyster measures approx. 1.5″ × 1″ and weighs approx. 1 oz.
- Each shrimp measures approx. 1.5″ × 1″ and weighs approx. .75 oz.
- Each citrus bomb measures approx. 2" and weighs approx. 3 oz.
- Each lobster measures approx. (claw – 2.5″ × 1″, tail 3″ × 1.5″, joint 2″ × 1″) and weighs approx. 2 oz.
Ice Cream Treats Include
- 6 Strawberry “Oysters”
- 6 Key Lime “Shrimp”
- 2 Citrus Bombes
- 3 Chocolate “Lobsters”
- Ice cream is shipped frozen with dry ice.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival remove from packaging and place in the freezer.
To Serve
- Remove peaches from freezer and remove outer packaging.
- Allow bombes to temper for 5-7 minutes.
- Dig in!
